Function Introduction
1.lexible user privilege setup
The users can set a person can pass some part of doors, or a person can pass all the doors. Setting results can be arranged according to the door or the people. it can be printed or exported to the excel file,Users can clearly see the door which people can pass ,or the people can pass which door.
 
2.Time period authority management 
The users can set a person can pass which door on which day/which time, offline running: uploading the data after finshed the software settings, the controller will remember all permissions and record all the information, the system can still offline operate normally even if the software or computer shutdown, the information never be lost even if the power outage.
 
3.Real time supervision, photo display,door status display 
It can monitor the swiping card/access situation of all the doors in real time.
It can display the photo of swiping card people in real time(the photo stored in the computer in advance),Then the security men can check it with the swiping card people.
After connect the magnet reed switch,the user can see which door is open, which door is closed. The record of the legal card is displayed in green,the record of the illegal card is displayed in orange,the alarm record is displayed in red. It is convenient to remind the security man to pay attention on it. 
After installat video access control, it can take photos and videos in real time when the people swiping card.

5.Forced closing and forced opening

The controller is connected with the alarm output and the fire control linkage expansion board. when the fire switch signal comes,all doors are opened automatically which be managed by extended board,easy for people to escape. and start the fire siren and recording alarm time.

When uploading permissions data , the controller is unable to judge the legal rights of the card at that time. It just can judge it after finshed upload, so, if there is a lot of data need to upload , the controller will have a short period of time does not allow the card which haven't enough time to upload data, so the timed upload function can make the system upload the data automatically
at night, The function need computers and software in the running state.
 
15.Division management

16.First card unlocking

20.Interlocking

21.Multi-card unlocking

22.Opening or colsing long time at definite time
For example: Set the door often open at 8.15 am, online at 18:30,often closed at 23:00,
