The wide arch rubber expansion joint consists of four parts: inner lining layer, winding layer, outer lining layer, and flange. The inner lining layer is made of high-quality rubber material, the winding layer is made of nylon wire, and the outer lining layer is also made of rubber material. Production Flow



 



The processing flow of manually wide arch rubber expansion joints mainly includes the following steps:



1. Preparation work: Check the surface condition of each part of the joint to ensure that the surface is clean and undamaged. The connection surface between the joint and the flange should be coated with a release agent to prevent adhesion.



2. Glue application: Apply a layer of glue, then fix the inner lining and winding layer together, and then apply another layer of glue to fix the outer lining layer on the winding layer.



3. Winding: Wrap nylon thread at a certain angle until the required winding density is reached, and then undergo shaping treatment.



4. Curing: Place it in the curing chamber for heating and curing, usually for about 4 hours, depending on different materials and requirements.
