Yonglijian aluminum installed a complete powder coating line for aluminium extrusions and aluminium profiles which include dip pre pre treatment plants, powder coating booths, pvdf paint booths, powder curing ovens, effluent treatment plant and dimineralising plant.
Our PVDF spraying coating processing apply the Kynar500 or Hylar5000 as the basic material, or metal aluminum powder as pigment coating.
The stability of the fluorocarbon coating and durability is 30 and 80 percentage points higher than the other normal powder coating.
