The 1600 degrees microwave muffle oven MF1516 is microwave drying furnace equipped with infrared thermometer for temperature monitoring and measuring.
MF1516 can be customized to multiple heating source, that is, microwave and electric muffle furnace, users can choose to use microwave heating, resistance heating respectively or both the heating source according to different thermal treatment demands.

The rated power of MF1516 is 3kW with a 1,5kW microwave magnetron.
Muffle oven MF1516 is equipped with furnace door shut down sensor for operation safety.
The overall dimension of MF1516 is ca.750 × 650 × 650mm.
Muffle oven MF1516 features alumina ceramic fiber insulation structure inside the furnace chamber, which will ensure low energy consumption and high heating rates due to their low thermal conductivity.

Applications
MF1516 muffle oven is especially suitable for microwave drying with max. temperature up to 1600°C.
Microwave drying is more rapid, uniform and energy efficient compared to conventional electric heating drying as microwave can penetrate into the interior of sample material.
