1.This single-side driven CNC cutting machine is economical CNC cutting machine, beam welded by two large size rectangular large size, the main frame welded by steel plate. We ensure stable performance, and at the same time greatly reduce the weight of machine, enhance the machine flexible performance. If cutting same area of steel plate, area for this machine will much smaller than other type cutting machine. Customer can choose simple servo drive system. This machine is high quality but low cost.
2.Driven by single-side servo motor, the machine is of gantry type with compact structure been tempered which can avoid welding stress completely to guarantee a stable performance.
3.China top brand or imported linear guide rails for horizontal transmission, precise and stable; special steel rails for longitudinal transmission whose surface is well grind, enjoy higher precision and abrasive resistance,custom-made driving rack and gear with surface carburized and quenched from professional manufacturers, solid and precise,domestic or Japan reducer for transmission which is characterized of bigger torque, low gap and free maintenance
4.The machine adopts Panasonic servo system which can detect location and is characterized of precise running, wide speed range and short acceleration time.
