1. Features 1). Force loading driven by servo motor through ball screw mechanism, and controlled by the force sensor with high control precision.

 3.2. Main components Main Frame( Frame, Power source, Drive system,Sensor, Handle panel), cylinder type high-temperature furnace, special grips and fixtures, special test software,computer and printer.

Drawing 2 Main Configurations 3.2.1. Frame The frame has two strong columns which external diameter reach Φ75mm. 3.2.2. Power source  The whole system is driven by servo motor. 3.2.3. Drive system  Drive system consists of the belt, worm gear reducer, and ball screw components. Belt drive can ensure the system without speed loss; worm gear reducer has smooth low noise, and the use of its self-locking feature, the test force is maintained when a sudden power off ; ball screw is produced by professional manufacturers with high precision, load, high efficiency, low maintenance 3.2.4. Electrical system Electrical system uses SUNS's DSCC electrical control system, which is a digital closed-loop control system based on DSP.
The control system is all-digital closed-loop and has graphics display functions with powerful, accurate data processing, Chinese-English interface, simple operation, easy maintenance. 3.2.5. Grips and fixtures Fixtures using high-quality high-temperature materials, good performance, and long service life; it realizes long-term continuous use at high temperature and stress. Also directly increase a middle joint between the upper and lower jigs can finish a test with two specimens at the same time.
3.2.6. Load sensor This machine adopts imported pressure sensor with good linearity, stability, repeatability. Three closed-loop control ensures better sensor correction, real-time correction of sensor zero drift, so that the display value of the sensor is more accurate.
  3.2.7. Deformation measurement a,Deformation of the sample can be collected from the high temperature furnace through creep extension rod. The creep extension rods are made of high quality high-temperature alloys, which can ensure high accuracy.
b,The deformation is measured by HEIDENHAIN grating;
c,The data acquisition use special data acquisition board with high acquisition frequency
