Powder Coating 		Anodizing finish for aluminum Electroplating


Powder coating:

  • Base metal can be Aluminum, Zinc, steel and copper;
  • Color can be specified by customers;
  • Confirm to RoHs
  • Brand normally use: Akzo Nobel, the Tiger powder, can be specifed by customers;
  • For special application we can use uL qualified powder;

Anodizing finish for ALuminum:

  • Color can be specifed by customer;
  • Glossy or matt finish: Matt surface been achieved by sand blasting, acid etched or alkali etched
  • Dyeing or electro-colored
  • Own the experience on anodizing per the military spec "MIL-A-8625"

Electroplating:

  • Base material: Steel, Aluminum, Zinc, Brass

a. Zinc plating: clear, black or yellow
