| Note: We advise you to take two units single facer machine instead of one single facer + one roller, because for this model machine, not easy to change the flute roller, it take much time for change and adjust. |
The machine is composed of non-axis roll stand, single facer corrugated machine, computer slitting machine. It used web as paper material, then goes through corrugate pressing, glue, adhesive, and drying, it is automatic continuously cut required size of single corrugated cardboard.

A.Finger Type Single facer corrugated machine (straight flute or S type)
Single Facer is the main machine for producing the 2-layer corrugated paperboard. The F flute and S shape flute is mainly used for the paperboard cup production, Pizza board industry. Good quality machine directly effect the quality of the corrugated paperboard.
