Introduction:This is high production rate and high-accuracy, high-quality rigid box making machine. It is suitable for making high-quality rigid box, like phone box, jewelry box, cosmetic box and gift box, etc.
1.Using two industrial cameras with 5 million pixels,and YAMAHA robot arm to position,high positioning accuracy ± 0.1mm.
2.High-speed production , rigid box speed up to 25-35pcs / min.
3.Using independent automatic control system, transfer machine time is short, fast transfer version.
4.Feeding stably, not easy to feed double sheets, reduce product rejection rate.
5.Deep folding, max turn-in depth is high to 100mm.
6.The positioning host of our machine, not only can do rigid box,but also can do case maker, just need change the forming part(set case maker folding machine behind it).
7.Can match with manual edge mounting machine or automtic edge mounting
