Gold Mining Agitation Leaching Tank

Description of Leaching Tank:
Leaching tank is used for a variety of mineral ores, mainly for pre-flotation mixing. It is used in concentrations of not more than than 30%(by weight) a fixed component of the particle size is less than 1mm. It is a flat-bottomed bucket of relation in the for of cicular screw-type impller mechanical agitation. Trangle by the electric motor rotating impeller rotation, will be full of drugs and pulp mixture to increase the role of the mineral reaction pharmacetical and strengthen drug reactions necessary equipment. This machine is mainly used forthe election mining, is also used as mixing chemical ingredients.

Working Principle of Leaching Tank:
When the new style high concentration agitator tank work , by the rotation of the impeller, the pulp and pharmaceutical take circular motion , so that get mixed evenly in the whole tank ,and the mixed suspension liquid discharges from the overflow part.
