The LED Inserter XG3300 can insert the LEDs from bulk input packages into printed circuit boards. After the double photoelectric detecting, the bulk input packages LED will be at the right polarization. And sent to the CTA. The XG-3300 delivers high throughput, reaching 18,000 cph (0.2 seconds/insertion). The XG-3300 can insert a capability of 360 degree in one degree increment .
Based on Windows 2000, the simple-to-use, operator environment provides machine operation functionality, diagnostic support, management data, and a graphical product editor for easy pattern generation and maintenance.
