Product Description

Application: Suitable for high speed cable stranding and laying of various power wires, CAT 5, ultra CAT 5 and 6 data cables, communication cables and other special cable, and in the meanwhile completing central wrapping.
Performance features:
Its control system composed of PLC programming + frequency conversion speed regulating + pneumatic control. Cantilever cabling twist movement, bobbin capstan take-up movement and bobbin reciprocating traverse movement are dual controlled by mechanical and electrical linkage to ensure that machine from starting, normal operation, slow stop, emergency stop these four states, the excellent synchronization performance. In addition, stable twisting pitch is ensured with small error. This series twisting machine is of unique design and advanced technology, it is the first choice of equipment for series production of cable laying and wrapping.
