MTF smart float liquid meter metal tube flow meter
Summary
MTF smart metal tube variable area flow transmitter is an intelligent instrument that are developed and manufactured in OUKE. It corresponds the fluid flow signals to analog voltage signals, then converts into 4-20mA two-wire system current signals on which HART communication protocol may be superimposed on it. It has high precision ,low draft ,strong capability of anti-interference, and can realize the functions of remote configuration, monitoring, maintenance and adjustment, etc.
Principle
Fluid moving will give float a lift force.When the buoyancy is equal to gravity force of the float, the float will sustain at a position,then by measuring the float position to indicate the flow rate of measured fluid. Please see Picture1, the magnetic steel inside the float coupling with the one on rotor of angular displacement sensor, up and down movement of float will rotate angular displacement sensor, output 4~20mA current signal and turn into flow value.
