ZJA Series Vacuum Method Insulation Oil Centrifuging Plant is made to recycle waste insulation(transformer) oil.Base on vacuum method,it can effectively remove the water,gas and purities in the insulation oil,by which the clean oil can reused again for transformers.It's usually used in power stations,and it's the top brand in China for the nice performance.

Part 2 Application:
it can remove water and gas in the insulating oil under high temperature and vacuity. it use more precise filter system to filter out impurities(filtering precision: 1-3um).
It ia mainly used for purification of oil for transformer with voltage higher than 220kv. 
It can increase oil breakdown voltage by at least 40kv.They are suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection, and cylic hot-oil drying in the installation and maintenance of big transformers.
 Made with advanced techniques and innovative designs, the product is hailed as excellent in cost performance. Its oil treatment techniques and overall performance are at leading position in China.. 
Its features include high working vacuum, fast oil filtering, and sound oil quality protection. 
It is mainly used for purification of oil for high-voltage and extra high voltage electric facilities, and can increase oils breakdown voltage by at least 35KV at a time. 
This series may include two types: regular closed type and trailer mobile type. 
They are suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection, and cyclic hot-oil drying in the installation and maintenance of big transformers.
Besides, they can also be configured into three-stage high-vacuum oil purifiers to meet customers greater needs for oil treatment.

Part 3 Feature:
Two separating house made by stainless steel. Oil flow by rotation in stereo evaporation to degas and dehydrate well. (Patent no. ZL200420061085.6).

The combination of axial fan and condenser make vapor from vacuum pump and roots pump into water, it can prolong time to change vacuum oil while meet emission standard.

Multiple Filter Housings With Cartridge Style Filter Elements, big filtering area to hold more particles.

Control system: IEC standard with each wire marked. tri-unity control to avoid wrong operation as lack-phase, wrong phase and overload.

Oil level in vacuum tank is controlled by photoelectric switch, which is flexible and accurate. No oil-spraying. (Patent no.: ZL200420060973.6).

Optional mode:
1.The customers' request can be met by adopting PLC intelligent control, touch screen and dynamical display.
2. On line water tester is available.
3.Available in mobile option, immovable option and trailer.
