1) Product introduction: the load counter is designed and manufactured based on GB4943 GB2099, GB16915.1, GB7000.103, IEC60884, IEC61058, IEC60669.1 and other relative standards. It is suitable for household and similar fixed electrical installations to do the breaking capacity and normal operation life test, and it is also suitable for household and similar electrical plug and socket to do reaking capacity and normal operating life test.
The load counter using blue frame, light grey seal plate.
Above the front is sandblast operation control panel. In the panel, there are control power switch, products electric current, voltage and power, power factor meter, load power switch, the indicator light, start and stop button, load capacitance change switch and an alarm.
Below are the adjusting knob of voltage output, current adjusting knob and inductance adjusting knob. Inside the load counter are provided with three independent load, each with resistive, inductive and capacitive (fluorescent lamp) load three functions, can be switched by a switch. Load cabinet adopts strong wind convection cooling. Below the load counter is the wiring column, through the conductor, it can connect with the switch plug and socket life testing machine, outputing current and voltage and power in the detection process.
