Powder coating:
- Base metal can be Aluminum, Zinc, steel and copper;
- Color can be specified by customers;
- Confirm to RoHs
- Brand normally use: Akzo Nobel, the Tiger powder, can be specifed by customers;
- For special application we can use uL qualified powder;
Anodizing finish for ALuminum:
- Color can be specifed by customer;
- Glossy or matt finish: Matt surface been achieved by sand blasting, acid etched or alkali etched
- Dyeing or electro-colored
- Own the experience on anodizing per the military spec "MIL-A-8625"
Electroplating:
- Base material: Steel, Aluminum, Zinc, Brass
- Category:
a. Zinc plating: clear, black or yellow
Can be per ASTM B633
Salt spray test can reach 96~120Hr
b. Nickel plating: Glossy or satin finish
Coating layers: Copper + Nickel
c. Chrome plating: Glossy or satin finish
Coating layers: Copper+Nickel+Chrome
